Exterior Renovations
Extensive repair and re-pointing of brickwork throughout building.
Front of building will be fully repointed and acid washed providing a new and clean resurfacing
Front entry will be completely redone using a herringbone brick pattern with new granite stairs and new bluestone. New curbing around the front garden. Front garden will be completely redone with new wrought iron rail that has been approved by Landmarks.
Repair or replace all lintels and sills as necessary
New water recharge system in rear yard per Boston building code
New JELD-WEN, wood 2/2 windows throughout installed in accordance with Boston Landmark Commission Standards.
Dramatic rear glass walls at Parlor, Street and Garden levels optimizing natural light and dramatic feel.
Slate roof will be upgraded as necessary. New roof across the top of building. New insulation, .60 mil rubber. New copper drip edge.
